Q: Where can I find properties for sale?
A: WDSuite doesn’t yet provide listings, but you can take a look at W&D’s listed properties here: properties.walkerdunlop.com

Q: Where does your tenant credit data come from?

A: We work with one of the three major credit rating agencies to aggregate tenant data (refer to knowledge article for any other tenant credit questions). In most cases, the tenant score will only show up if the property has 10 or more tenants.

Q: How is the neighborhood rating calculated? Why is my high-end residential neighborhood rated so poorly?

A: The neighborhood rating reflects overall attractiveness for multifamily property investments. It’s calculated as the average of three components: demographics, amenities, and housing scores. High-end residential areas often score lower on the amenities component because they typically have fewer nearby amenities and lower density, which can make them less favorable from a multifamily investment perspective. Refer to the neighborhood rating knowledge article for more details

Q: How do I print a report?

A: This feature is coming in Q1 of 2026. In the meantime, feel free to take screenshots for your records.

Q: Where can I find loan data, maturity date, and lender?

A: This data isn’t available in WDSuite

Q: What does Rank vs Metro mean?

A: We stack rank neighborhoods within the shared metro area, defining the top 25% as "best," the upper quartile is "good," the lower quartile is "fair," and the lowest quartile is "poor." To see the boundaries of the metro area, simply zoom out on the map to view it with a solid fill. You can also find the metro area label in the tooltip.
