We’re pleased to share a new, more convenient way to submit insurance renewal documents for your Walker & Dunlop loan. Your insurance agent or broker can now submit renewal evidence directly through WDSuite on your behalf, helping streamline the renewal process while keeping your information secure.

How does this work?

  • Future insurance renewal email notifications will include a secure link designed specifically for use by your insurance agent or broker.

  • This link does not provide access to sensitive loan information. Instead, it directs agents to a simple form where they can enter their email address, loan number, document type, and upload the required documents.

  • You may simply forward the renewal email you receive to your insurance agent or broker for easy processing.

What types of documents can agents submit?

  • Certificate and Evidence of Insurance (Acords 25, 27, and 28)

  • Declaration Pages

  • Statements of Value (SOV)

  • Full Insurance Policies

  • Invoices

  • Paid Receipts
