Dashboard Overview
"My Dashboard" is your personalized command center. Save properties that you own, properties of interest, and comparable properties to your dashboard for at-a-glance, powerful insights.
My dashboard is helpful for:
⭐ Owners who want to monitor their portfolio performance and tenant quality
⭐ Investors who are researching and comparing properties
With My Dashboard you can benchmark against the market in seconds.
How to Access "My Dashboard"
Navigate to "My Dashboard" by clicking on your avatar in the right hand corner of WDSuite Research.
You can also view your first 5 saved properties on WDSuite Research homepage. Click the "Go to My Dashboard" button to click into the dashboard and view more details.
How to Save, Change, or Remove Properties from the Dashboard
Search for a property then click the "Save to Dashboard" button above the map to save a property to your dashboard. You'll be given the option to save the property as an "Owned" property or a "Saved Property" that you are interested in.
After saving you can revisit the button to change or remove the property from your dashboard.
You can also adjust properties from within the Dashboard by clicking on the 3 dots to the right of the table view.

Dashboard Views
Leveraging the the table view, you can view and compare neighborhood, safety and median credit scores across all saved properties. Toggle between all saved properties or just those you own from this view.
Under the Median Credit Score column, click the chart to drill into the median credit score for tenants at the saved property over time.
The Map View is helpful for individuals with large portfolios where properties are scattered across the US. Click into a property button to display the details from the table view on the screen.

Access tenant quality and local conditions to guide pricing or investment decisions.
Seeing improved neighborhood rankings and tenant credit data? It might be a good time to move on a deal.
Tenant score improving? It might be a good time to explore refinancing, additional acquisitions in that sub-market, or a rent increase strategy.
Tenant score below comps? It might be time to improve screening or consider adding amenities.
