With the new Sales Comps experience, WDSuite automatically surfaces a ranked set of comparable multifamily properties for you - giving you an immediate starting point for your analysis.
Simply open the Sales Comps tab for any property, enter a few property details, and select "Generate Comps". WDSuite does the searching for you.
WDSuite will identify and rank relevant properties based on how closely they compare to the subject property. From there, you can quickly review:
Match scores to see how closely each property compares
Price per unit, unit count, year built, and distance
Comparable properties directly on the map
Instead of starting from scratch, start with the comps WDSuite recommends and focus your time on evaluating the best matches.
Metro-Level Market Research:
Metro Level Research is now available in WDSuite, giving you a new way to quickly understand the fundamentals of a market before diving deeper into individual neighborhoods and properties.
Search for a metro or city and WDSuite will take you to the relevant metro-level view, bringing demographics, economic trends, multifamily tenant insights, and an interactive map together in one place.
