Customize Nearby Property Results on the Map
Navigate to the new Nearby Properties page under the Neighborhood tab to access a filter panel that help you narrow the properties that appear on your map. Refine your results using criteria such as year built, transaction price, neighborhood ratings, occupancy, and more. As you zoom in on the map, the number of nearby properties will automatically adjust based on the selected area.
After making your selections, click View Property to open the property’s details in a new tab.
Export Data to CSV from My Dashboard
You can now export data directly from My Dashboard, making it easier to download and analyze information across all saved properties.
To get started, click the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner of My Dashboard and select your export preferences. You can choose whether to include tenant credit metrics and can also export a trailing 12-month view of tenant credit metrics for deeper analysis.
