Estimated Valuation Added to My Dashboard
You can now run and view the latest valuation for your saved properties directly from My Dashboard, making it easier to analyze property values without leaving the page.
If you've run an automated valuation on a saved property, you'll see the estimated value displayed on the Dashboard. Hover over the valuation to see the method you used as well as the date you last ran the valuation.
Click "Run Valuation" to receive an instant, data-driven property valuations for your saved assets.
Tenant Credit Metrics Added to My Dashboard
Tenant credit metrics are now available directly in My Dashboard. Toggle to “Tenant Credit Metrics” to quickly view key indicators—such as credit score, delinquency rate, and debt utilization—across your saved properties. This view makes it easier to compare tenant credit trends across assets at a glance.
Nearby Properties on Map:
You can now toggle to view nearby properties directly on the map, making it easier to identify comps, explore surrounding assets, and support faster, more informed client conversations.
Neighborhood & Metro Credit Score Trends on My Dashboard:
Added neighborhood and metro trend lines for median credit score, enabling users to compare local performance against broader market benchmarks.
Enhanced Chart Color Adaptability:
Updated chart color treatments to be more adaptive and improve visual clarity across different views and data states.
User Avatar Quick Links:
Updated the user avatar to include direct links to WDSuite Servicing, My Dashboard, and Insights articles for faster access to key tools and resources.
