Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
To improve the security of our platform and confidential data, we’ve introduced MFA via email for all external users. Users are prompted on login at most once per day to verify via a one-time code sent to their email.
Third-Party Document Uploads:
Insurance expiration emails now contain a secure link that allows third-party agents to upload documents securely to WDSuite. Borrowers simply need to forward the email to their insurance agent.
