What is WDSuite Servicing?
Today, WDSuite Servicing provides loan servicing capabilities that empower users to:
View billing and payment information for their W&D loan(s)
Submit quarterly financial statements and insurance documents
Opt-in to automated email notifications regarding billing statements, upcoming maturities, insurance policy expirations, and more

Borrowers Access to WDSuite Servicing
When a loan is onboarded by Servicing, the borrower receives a welcome letter that includes instructions on how to access WDSuite Servicing.
New borrowers are informed how to sign up for an account and access their loan(s).
Existing borrowers are given instructions on how to add the loan to their accounts.
Borrowers are given their Loan Administrator contact (for loan related questions) as well as the technical support contact, wdsuiteservicing@walkerdunlop.com. Additionally, clients will soon be able to access live chat in WDSuite Servicing.
