What is WDSuite Servicing?
Today, WDSuite Servicing provides loan servicing capabilities that empower users to:

  • View billing and payment information for their W&D loan(s)

  • Submit quarterly financial statements and insurance documents

  • Opt-in to automated email notifications regarding billing statements, upcoming maturities, insurance policy expirations, and more

Borrowers Access to WDSuite Servicing

  • When a loan is onboarded by Servicing, you will receive a welcome letter that includes instructions on how to access WDSuite: Servicing and how to add loans to your account.
