Download Loan Statements and Documents
Need to download documents? Navigate to "Document & Reports" -> Loan Documents -> Download Documents to get started. You'll be able to view and download:
Billing statements
Annual statements
Insurance notices
Maturity notices
Tax notices
Escrow Analysis
Amortization Schedules
Tax Forms
ARM Notices
To download monthly or prior loan statements in WDSuite:
Open the specific loan’s page in WDSuite.
Hover over the Documents & Reports tab.
Select Download Documents. You will see all available monthly statements for the selected loan.
Troubleshooting Missing Statements
If certain monthly statements are not available for download, you may need to contact your Loan Administrator for more assistance. To do so:
Navigate to the loan’s page and go to Loan Details > Servicing Contacts.
Locate the contact information for your Loan Administrator.
Contact the Loan Administrator to request the missing statements. This process ensures you can retrieve any unavailable documents.
Upload Financials or Insurance Documents
Uploading files is just as easy. You can upload insurance documents, rent rolls and operating statements as part of regular reporting, whether that’s annual or
quarterly, directly on the platform. Files are sent to your servicing team and you can easily keep track of what you've submitted as those records display on the upload screens.
To upload files, go to "Documents & Reports" -> "Loan Documents" -> "Upload Financials or Insurance." Drag and drop files in the uploader or browse and select files from your computer. To quickly view files you've submitted, use the date range filter.
Your insurance agent or broker can also submit renewal documentation directly through WDSuite on your behalf, helping streamline the renewal process while keeping your information secure. (Insurance Documents are processed within 5-7 days from submission).
