How To Submit Financials & Rent Rolls

WDSuite allows you to submit financial documents securely online. Take advantage of this feature to help ensure timely processing of your operating statement, rent roll information.

STEP 1 LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

First visit https://suite.walkerdunlop.com/servicing and click the Login button to access your account. If you have not yet registered, you can do so by clicking the "Sign Up" button.


STEP 2 SELECT YOUR LOAN

Select the loan you wish to submit documents for from the available list. If the loan you're looking for is not shown, you can connect it using the "Connect a Loan" button in the top right.

STEP 3 CLICK UPLOAD FINANCIALS

Click "Upload Financials" in the dropdown menu and see where you can browse your computer for the file(s) you want to upload, or simply drag and drop.


STEP 4 CONFIGURE YOUR PREFERENCES

Select the appropriate document type, reporting period, and time period for your document(s). You may also include a comment to provide any additional context or clarification.Once completed, click "Upload Documents" to securely submit your files. Your files will automatically routed to the correct member of our Servicing team for review. After submission you can also view and download your uploaded documents at any time for your records.
