Your servicing experience, upgraded.
WD Suite Servicing allows you to submit insurance documents securely online. Take advantage of this new feature to help ensure timely processing of your insurance compliance information.
Two submission methods are available: online via the WD Suite portal or by email through insurance@walkerdunlop.com, but online submission is preferred.
STEP 1 LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
First, visit https://suite.walkerdunlop.com/servicing and click the Login button to access your account. If you have not yet registered, you can do so by clicking the "Sign Up" button.
Once submitted, your documents generally take 5-7 business days to process.
STEP 2 SELECT YOUR LOAN
Select the loan you wish to submit documents for from the available list. If the loan you're looking for is not shown, you can connect it using the "Connect a Loan" button in the top right.
STEP 3 CLICK UPLOAD INSURANCE DOCUMENTS
Click "Upload Insurance Documents" in the dropdown menu of Documents & Reports and see where you can browse your computer for the file(s) you want to upload, or simply drag and drop.
Alternatively, you can email your documents to insurance@walkerdunlop.com if you prefer or encounter any issues with the online portal.
STEP 4 CONFIRM YOUR SUBMISSION
Select the document type, coverage type, and revision status for your document(s), and click Upload Documents. Please allow several days for processing and for policy updates to appear in Active Policies. You can also view and download your documents after submission.
After submission, expect the documents to be processed within 5-7 business days, and monitor the status of your Active Policies for updates.
RECEIVE SUPPORT
Alternatively, users can access the 'Servicing Contacts' section within their loan portal for direct communication with their loan-servicing representatives.
Need help navigating the app? Contact our support team via live chat for assistance or with any questions.
For loans involving escrow, it's recommended to use the WD Suite upload method for faster processing, although email submission remains an option.
