How to Access a Loan's Details

To access details for a specific loan, click the loan number on your loan dashboard or search for the loan at the top of the page. If you do not see the loan you are looking for, you may need to first connect it.

Loan Summary

After clicking into your loan, you are directed to the Loan Details, Overview page. Here you will find key information about your specific loan like your loan number, upcoming payment information, principal balance, and interest rate.

Below you'll find your most Recent Transactions listed as well as your Escrow Account Information. You can click the buttons below each section to dive in further to Loan History or Escrow & Reserves. You can also navigate to those pages from the Loan Details drop down.

If you'd like to review your loan's terms including how many months are remaining in until its maturity date, navigate to Loan Details -> Loan Summary -> Terms.

And for questions about your loan, you can find all your loan's contact information under Loan Details -> Loan Summary -> Servicing Contacts

Loan History

View a record of your loan's transactions by navigating to Loan Details -> Loan History -> Loan Transactions. Annual Summaries can be accessed below.

Optionally enter a date range to filter results and export records as needed.

Escrow & Reserves

On your overview tab, you'll see a chart representing your current escrow and

reserve balances across all accounts. You can hover over the chart to see what component of your payment goes towards your principal vs. escrow for taxes and insurance, etc.

Click the "View All Accounts" button or navigate to Loan Details -> Escrow & Reserves --> Account Transactions to see all details. From this page you can see your balances, a list of transactions and drill into each payment type. You can filter date ranges and export as needed.

Collateral / Tax Transactions

Similarly you can view a record of all tax transactions by navigating to Loan Details -> Collateral Info -> Tax Transactions. Click on a record to see the tax authority, the parcel, the due date, description, and amount.

For loans that are multi-property, and have multiple pieces of collateral, you’ll see them all in the dropdown. You won’t have to navigate between them or do a different loan. The same filtering and export options exist on this page and you can view and download tax notices from the right hand panel.
