Public Pre-K Data Added to Local Amenities – Education:
Public Pre-K information is now displayed in the Local Amenities – Education tab.
Unit Count Added to Property Records
Unit count information is now displayed for properties where data is available. You can find it on each property's overview page and filter by units when searching nearby properties.
Customize Nearby Property Results on the Map
Navigate to the new Nearby Properties page under the Neighborhood tab to access a filter panel that help you narrow the properties that appear on your map. Refine your results using criteria such as year built, transaction price, neighborhood ratings, occupancy, and more. As you zoom in on the map, the number of nearby properties will automatically adjust based on the selected area.
After making your selections, click View Property to open the property’s details in a new tab.
Export Data to CSV from My Dashboard
You can now export data directly from My Dashboard, making it easier to download and analyze information across all saved properties.
To get started, click the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner of My Dashboard and select your export preferences. You can choose whether to include tenant credit metrics and can also export a trailing 12-month view of tenant credit metrics for deeper analysis.
New WDSuite Landing Page:
We’ve introduced a new WDSuite landing page that makes it easier for Servicing and Financing users to access the tools and information they need.
The updated experience includes clearer navigation, more tailored content, and better alignment across key workflows. Users can also check rates directly from the landing page, helping them move through common tasks more efficiently.
