Choose whether you'd like to be notified about your loan via email, in-app message, or both. Click on your profile in the top right hand corner of WDSuite Servicing, then choose notification settings from the menu options to adjust notification settings.
Select the specific notification from the type drop down, then toggle on your preferred channel for notifications.
In App Notifications will be visible from the bell icon towards the top of the page with new, unread messages indicated by a red dot.
